At the same time, if the reading fluctuation of the instrument is abnormal, the machine should be stopped and checked in a timely manner.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic cylinder, it is necessary to regularly filter the hydraulic oil to control the impurities and particles in the oil within the specified range. Regularly change the oil according to the requirements of the machine manual, and replace the oil filter at the same time. If conditions permit inspection, determine whether to change the oil based on the results; The oil change cycle can also be formulated based on the site and system requirements of the mechanical device, and included in the equipment technical file.
