Reason for renovation: The pressure fluctuates greatly between 4-8MPa, and the roller gap correction ability is poor. Long term roller deviation work, frequent pressure replenishment, high oil temperature, and large vibration make the system design complex and difficult to self check.

Effect after renovation: One oil pump in use and one backup, with a maximum pressure fluctuation of 1MPa, a maximum displacement difference of 3mm, and a roller gap difference of 5mm. The pressure is maintained normally with slight vibration, and it has automatic/manual roll back function, ensuring stable operation.
