The 1 # raw material vertical mill currently being used on the on-site production line adopts HRM3400E vertical mill produced by Hefei Zhongya, with 4 grinding rollers and 4 power oil cylinders, and the specifications of the oil cylinders are as follows: Φ 350/220-320. The 2 # raw material vertical mill adopts the TRM53.41 vertical mill produced by Tianjin Shiming, with 4 grinding rollers and 4 power oil cylinders, and the oil cylinder specifications Φ 560/240-250. At present, the vertical mill has shown the following problems:

The system has a large impact and poor pressure retention effect. When lifting or dropping the rollers, the grinding rollers lose pressure and the grinding machine vibrates significantly. When lifting the roller: the upper chamber releases pressure quickly, the lower chamber pressurizes slowly, and the roller lifting speed is slow. When the grinding roller separates from the material layer, it collides and jumps with the material layer. When the roller falls: the pressure in the lower chamber releases quickly, while the pressure in the upper chamber increases slowly. The grinding roller falls by its own weight. During the period from contact with the material layer to reaching the given pressure, the grinding roller becomes out of control and jumps due to impact with the material layer.
